Q How Quickly Will I Get My Order?


A Processing times vary depending on the item. If we have the garments in stock, processing time can be as little as 2 business days. Sometimes, however, we will have to retrieve a garment from one of our stores. This can take a little longer; 7 to 10 business days.



Q What is the difference between the postage categories - Regular Parcel, Expedited Parcel, Xpresspost, and Priority?


A Regular Parcel - takes 4 to 12 days to deliver depending on location

 - not insured

Expedited Parcel - takes 2 to 11 days to deliver depending on location

 - delivery confirmation is available

 - insured up to $100 automatically

Xpresspost  - takes up to 3 days depending on location

 - delivery confirmation is available

 - insured up to $100 automatically

Priority - next day and up to 3 days depending on location

 NOTE: 5 to up to 8 days for Northern regions and remote centres

 - signature required


Q Do You Ship To The USA?


A We absolutely do! It's worth noting, however, that shipping rates to the states are quite a bit steeper than within Canada. You will see the exact amount during the checkout process, before you place your order. Please note that not all US shipping methods have a tracking number.


Q Can I Add To My Order Once It's Been Confirmed?


A No, at this time we cannot add items to an order once it has been confirmed. You will have to make a new order for any additional items you'd like to purchase. Once you've done that, give us a call at 604 363-6664 to let us know that you'd like to combine orders, and we can adjust the postage for you.



Q What If I Try It On And Don't Like It, Or I Need A Different Size?


A That's perfectly all right. You can see our return policy HERE.




Q May I Pick My Order Up At One Of Your Stores?


A Yes, absolutely. When checking out, select the "Pickup" option. Although the standard pickup location is our Lonsdale store in North Vancouver, you may specify another store by any of the following methods:


  1. 1) Leaving a note in the instructions/notes box at the bottom of the payment section

  2. 2) phoning us at 604-363-6664

  3. 3) replying to your confirmation email

  4. 4) emailing orderbluesky@gmail.com.


The store in question will phone you once your parcel arrives, which will take from 3-7 business days after it has been completed.



Q I Purchased A Garment That You No Longer Have. Might You Redo It?


A We might! Email design@blueskyclothingco.com with a picture, and we'll see what we can do.



Q I Have A Gift Card - Can I Use It To Pay For An Online Order?


A Technically no, HOWEVER, you can phone your order in to 604-363-6664 and pay with a gift card. Please have your gift card number with CVC handy so that we may process it manually. Apologies for the incovenience!



Q I Would Like To Buy A Gift Card Online...


...But How Will You Know Who The Recipient Is?

Q Is There Anyone In My Area That Sells Blue Sky Clothing?
